Privacy policy

We collect as little as an order needs: an email address to send your delivery to, and the payment your wallet made on a public blockchain. Nothing else. Last updated 2026-09-10.

What we hold

  • Your email address — the one you type at checkout. Used only to send the account details and to answer a support claim.
  • Your order — what you bought, the amount, the coupon if you used one, and the transaction hash of your payment.
  • The credentials we delivered — stored encrypted, so we can replace or verify an account if you open a claim.
  • Standard server logs — IP address and request time, kept briefly to keep the site up and to spot abuse.

There is no account to create, no password to remember, no profile, no advertising or analytics trackers, and no third-party pixels.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone.
  • We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or identity documents.

We do not take card details — payment happens wallet-to-wallet on TRON and never touches this site.

Who else sees anything

Only two parties, and only what they need: the mail provider that delivers your order email, and our hosting provider, which runs the server. Payment verification reads the public TRON blockchain — we look up transfers to our own address; we do not send anything about you to anyone.

Note that a blockchain is public by design. Your wallet address and the amount you sent are visible to anyone, permanently, regardless of this policy.

How long we keep it

Orders and delivered credentials are kept while the warranty window is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute handling. After that they are deleted. Ask us at any time to delete an order’s email address early — write to [email protected] from that address, or quote the order number and payment transaction, and it is done within 30 days.
