A Claude API key and a Claude Pro subscription are different products, and it is worth being clear before you buy. The Claude Code CLI, and anything you write against the API yourself, bills against API credits topped up in the console — the $20 Pro subscription does not cover it. This is what most people hit on their first day with Claude Code.
Topping up officially needs an overseas card and starts at $5. Without one, the usual routes are a virtual card or a reseller. What we sell is a prepaid key: a key that already carries credit, plus the base URL, dropped straight into your client. It is Anthropic’s own API, so the official SDK runs with no code changes at all.
One thing to know up front: a normal API key cannot report its own balance — Anthropic exposes no public endpoint for it, and the usage and cost reports need an Admin key. So send one small request the moment your key arrives. That is also why the support window is one hour from delivery.
And one thing we will not hide: the account behind a key can be closed by the provider at any time, and the remaining credit goes with it. That is not covered, so buy what you are about to spend rather than stockpiling. One thing to be clear about, because much of this market is not: these keys are issued on real Anthropic accounts and point at api.anthropic.com. They are not a reverse proxy, where your requests pass through someone else’s server that can throttle them, rewrite them or keep a copy. On price, we sell above face value — a $20 key costs 30 USDT. The difference is registration: a virtual card that clears the risk checks carries an issue fee, a monthly fee and a platform cut, registration needs clean residential IPs, and it cannot be fully automated — the verification step is worked by hand. Add the accounts that get closed. It is the price of the service, not a discount on the credit.

- Paste the key and base URL into your client. It speaks the provider’s own API, so any SDK or tool that already works with it works here — you only change the key and the base URL.
- Send one test request straight away. A normal API key cannot report its own balance — only a test call tells you it works. Send the smallest possible request. If the key is rejected, tell us inside the support window and we replace it or refund you.
- Spend it promptly. The account behind a key can be shut down by the provider at any time, and once that happens the credit goes with it. Buy the size you are about to spend rather than stockpiling, and run your job soon after delivery.
