Terms of service
These terms govern every order placed on Sublyte. Placing an order means you accept them. Last updated 2026-09-10.
1. Who we are
Sublyte is an independent reseller of software subscriptions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Cursor, GitHub, Midjourney or any other provider named on this site. All product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what is on sale.
Contact: [email protected].
2. What you are buying
Each order is a one-month subscription delivered as a ready-made Google account — email, password, 2FA setup key and recovery address — with the plan already active on it. You are not buying a licence from the provider, and no contractual relationship is created between you and the provider by buying here.
Prices shown next to ours are the provider's own published monthly list prices, given for comparison only. They can change at any time without notice to us.
3. Payment
- We accept USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) only.
- Each order shows an exact amount whose final decimals identify your order. Sending a different amount means your transfer cannot be matched automatically and must be handled by hand.
- Orders expire 30 minutes after they are created. An expired order that was never paid costs you nothing.
- Blockchain transfers are final. There is no chargeback mechanism, for you or for us.
4. Delivery
Delivery is automatic and happens as soon as your transfer confirms — normally under a minute. Credentials appear in the checkout window and are emailed to the address you gave. That email is the only copy we send; keep it.
If stock runs out between your payment and delivery, we replace the item or refund you under the refund and replacement policy.
5. How you may use the account
- One account, one person. Do not share or resell the credentials.
- Do not change the password, the 2FA key or the recovery address — doing so ends our ability to support the account and voids the warranty.
- Follow the provider's own terms of service. Using the account for spam, scraping, fraud, or anything illegal is your responsibility alone, and any suspension that follows is not covered.
- You must be old enough to hold an account with the provider, and to enter a contract where you live.
6. Refunds and warranty
Set out in full in the refund and replacement policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: a working account delivered is a final sale; a faulty or undelivered one is replaced or refunded; a subscription suspended part-way through its month is paid back pro-rata for the unused days, at the price you paid us.
7. Limits of liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost work, lost profits, lost data, or the cost of an alternative subscription — nor for a provider's decision to change, restrict or discontinue a plan.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a provider's platform, which is outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force for your order is the one published when the order was placed. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page.
