Policy
Refund & replacement policy
Everything sold here is a digital code delivered instantly. That makes returns different from physical goods, so please read this before you buy — placing an order means you accept these terms.
1. Why digital codes are final
Every order is delivered as a ready-made Google account — email, password, 2FA setup key and recovery address — with the subscription already active on it. Once those credentials are on your screen the account is yours and cannot be handed back or resold, which is why the price is what it is.
Payment is made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Blockchain transfers are final and cannot be reversed, disputed or charged back by anyone — including us. Any refund is a new transfer that we send by hand after reviewing your claim.
2. When we replace or refund
Open a claim and we will make it right in any of these cases:
- The account does not work on arrival — wrong password, the 2FA key does not generate a valid code, or the subscription is not on the account.
- We could not deliver — your payment confirmed but stock ran out before your code was assigned.
- You paid twice for the same order, or sent more than the amount shown.
- Your transfer arrived after the 30-minute window and the order had already expired. Tell us and you choose: we deliver the item, or we send the USDT back.
- The plan is materially not what was described on the product card — a lower tier, or a shorter term than you bought.
Replacement comes first. If we have stock, you get a fresh working code — that is usually faster than a refund and costs you no network fees. A refund is what happens when we cannot replace it.
3. When we do not refund
If the product is fine, the sale stands. Specifically, no refund is given when:
- You changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer want the item.
- You bought the wrong region, plan or duration — check the product description before paying.
- The code worked when delivered and the problem appeared later through your own use — sharing, password or recovery changes, or breaking the provider's rules. (A suspension that is not your doing is covered pro-rata: see section 4.)
- An account was suspended or locked after you took it over.
- You changed the password, the 2FA key or the recovery address, or signed in from several places at once.
- You report a dead-on-arrival code more than 24 hours after delivery, or a suspension more than 48 hours after it happens.
- You cannot show the transaction you paid from — see section 5.
- The price of the item changed after your purchase.
4. Time-based items: the pro-rata warranty
Every subscription here is sold for a term — a month, or a year. Providers do sometimes suspend or close an account before that term is up. When that happens through no fault of yours, you are covered, but on two fixed principles:
- We cover the days you lost, not the whole order. The days you already used were delivered as promised.
- We cover them at the price you paid us — never at the provider's retail price. You paid a discounted price precisely because that is the level of cover attached to it.
The calculation is always the same:
Delivery day counts as day one, and the day the account stops working counts as used. A term is counted as the period named on the product — a month is 30 days, a year is 365.
| What you bought | Stops working on | Days left | You get back |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-month plan, paid 105 USDT | Day 10 | 20 of 30 | 70.00 USDT |
| 1-month plan, paid 105 USDT | Day 28 | 2 of 30 | 7.00 USDT |
| 1-month plan, paid 105 USDT | Day 1, never usable | 30 of 30 | 105.00 USDT |
| 1-year plan, paid 118 USDT | Day 100 | 265 of 365 | 85.67 USDT |
Note the third row: an item that never worked at all is simply a full refund — the formula gives you back everything, because you used none of it.
You may take the compensation as a replacement instead. If we have stock, we will issue a fresh account covering the days you lost, which is usually worth more to you than the USDT.
Report a suspension within 48 hours of noticing it, with a screenshot of the provider's message. After that we cannot tell which days were actually lost, and the claim is closed.
The pro-rata warranty does not apply when:
- The suspension follows something you did — sharing the login, changing the recovery details where the delivery email told you not to, connecting from a region the provider blocks, chargebacks, or breaking the provider's terms.
- The term you bought has already run out.
- You cannot show the provider's suspension message.
One-off top-ups and credit packs are not time-based: they are covered by section 2 instead — if the code is dead on arrival, it is replaced or refunded in full.
5. How to open a claim
There is no form and no ticket system. Email us within 24 hours of delivery and include all three of these:
Shown at checkout and in your delivery email — it looks like NO202609101447158081.
The TRC20 transaction hash of the payment you sent, or the TRON address you sent it from. This is how we confirm the payment is yours.
The exact error message, or a screenshot of the provider's suspension notice. For a suspended account, tell us the date it stopped working — that date sets the compensation. "It doesn't work" on its own is not enough to check anything.
Claims sent from a different email than the one used at checkout are fine, as long as the order number and the transaction match.
6. How refunds are paid
- In USDT (TRC20) only — the same asset and network you paid with. No bank transfers, no other coins.
- Only to the address the payment came from. This is not negotiable: the sending address is the only proof that the money was yours. We never send a refund to a different address, whatever the reason given.
- Within 3 business days of us confirming the claim.
- Pro-rata amounts are rounded to the nearest cent in your favour, and never exceed what you paid for the item.
- The TRON network fee for the return transfer is deducted from the amount refunded. Everything else comes back.
- Coupon discounts are refunded at the price you actually paid, not the list price. A used coupon is not reissued.
7. Payments that never arrived
If an order expired and you never sent anything, there is nothing to refund — no money left your wallet. If you sent an amount that does not match the one shown at checkout, it cannot be matched to your order automatically; email us with the transaction ID and we will sort it out by hand.
Last updated 2026-09-10. We may change this policy for future orders; the version in force is the one published when your order was placed. Questions before you buy are welcome at [email protected] — we would rather answer first than refund later.
